The staff were really nice and made me feel welcome right away. Just a really comfortable, friendly experience overall.

Check-in took longer than I was expecting, but it wasn’t nothing too terrible. The staff was really nice, so I can’t say I had no major issues overall.

I was expecting a lot more from this. There were a couple of jumpy moments that got me for a second, so it wasn’t totally boring, but most of it just felt kind of flat. The weird part is the staff were really nice and the place seemed like it could’ve been better, which almost made it more frustrating. I kept waiting for it to really kick in and get scary, but it never quite did for me.

The escape room was good overall, honestly. Like, we had a decent time and everything, but the parking was kind of a hassle. There are a few spots nearby, but not really that many, so we ended up circling around for a bit before we found something. It wasn’t, like, a huge deal or anything, but yeah, I’d definitely suggest getting there a little early so you’re not rushing.

I booked online and it was straightforward. The site was easy enough to use, though I do wish the available time slots were a little clearer right away. I got my confirmation quickly, so that was a nice little win and one less thing to worry about.

I had mixed feelings about these puzzles. Some of the clues were almost too easy, while others felt like they came out of nowhere and didn’t really make sense to me. To be fair, there were a few enjoyable moments, but the difficulty just felt all over the place

I felt like the price was fair for the experience, and we definitely had a good time. The room itself was fun and kept us engaged, but for what you’re paying, I did find myself wishing it lasted a bit longer. Still, it was an enjoyable outing overall.

The tech was kind of hit or miss for us. A few clues lagged, which made me a little nervous at times because I didn’t want it to throw off our progress or cost us the game. Luckily, nothing totally derailed the experience, and we still managed to finish okay...

We were looking for something to do that wasn’t just the usual lunch-and-walk-around kind of day, so we ended up trying this with the kids. I wasn’t totally sure how they’d do with it at first, but it turned out to be a really easy, fun way to spend some time together. The staff were friendly and gave us a nudge when we needed it, but they didn’t jump in too much or spoil anything. It also wasn’t too scary or frustrating for the younger ones, which was a relief. By the end, everyone was laughing and talking about their favorite parts, so yeah, we had a great time and would definitely go back.

I thought the storyline was really fun. It kept me interested, and I feel like it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due when something is genuinely enjoyable.

So... I was actually surprised by how real it looked in person. Definitely more convincing than I expected

Went with my family and we had a really good time. The place was clean, easy to figure out, and everything felt organized without being too stiff or weird.
The staff went over the rules, exits, and what to do if we needed help, which I appreciated. The room had cameras and they kept an eye on us, but not in an annoying way. Nothing felt sketchy or rushed at all... it made it way easier to just relax and enjoy the game...

Our game master was super nice and did a great job keeping things moving without giving too much away. We got stuck a couple times, and the hints were actually helpful, not one of those annoying “here’s basically the answer” kind of hints. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because we had to wait a bit before getting started, but once we were in, we had a really good time.

I went to Trapped Escape Room with a few friends, and from what I remember, the location was super convenient. None of us had to circle around forever or deal with confusing directions, which was a nice change. Parking was easy too, and that’s usually something I stress about with places like this. It ended up making the night feel a lot smoother. Definitely a good spot if people are coming from different areas since we all got there without much trouble and were able to start on time

Went here with some friends and the place was clean. The lobby game room and bathroom all looked like they were taken care of. I only noticed a little dust on one prop so it wasn’t a big deal. Would’ve been 5 stars if that was checked a little better

I really enjoyed the puzzles, they’re clever and actually make you think without feeling impossible. They’re definitely not too easy, which I liked. I’m a bit picky about price, so I’d say it feels worth it if you can grab it at a fair price or on sale.

I was impressed with the hint system. It responded quickly and gave just enough help without spoiling the puzzles, which I really appreciated. I can see why other people would like this too, especially if you want a little nudge but still want to solve things yourself

I went with six friends, and it felt a bit too cramped for that many people. Some of the puzzles only really let a couple people participate at a time, so the rest of us were mostly standing around waiting. It didn’t feel very fair to the whole group when everyone paid to be part of the experience. Probably better with fewer people

I went with some coworkers and we ended up having a really fun time. It got loud, but in a good way, you kind of just get into the energy of the place and enjoy it.
